Katie Malyon has been a registered migration agent for over 15 years and is recognised as one of the leading immigration law practitioners in Australia. The only Australian immigration lawyer personally referred to in the Asia Pacific 500 and also referred to in the 2008 and 2009 International Who's Who of Corporate Immigration Law, Katie is “highly recommended” by her clients.

Alex Kaufman, BA (Asian Studies) LLB

Alex Kaufman is a qualified Solicitor and Registered Migration Agent (MARN 0601370) with 5 years experience in business, investment and employment related migration as well as the provision of associated legal services.
Alex’s migration experience includes:
- advising and acting for public sector, corporate and individual clients to achieve the best employment related outcomes through Australia's Temporary Business Entry program.
- assisting corporate clients and entrepreneurs to facilitate trade and investment activity through Australia's Business Skills program
- advising and acting for individuals in obtaining Permanent Residence and Citizenship of Australia
- representing clients before Tribunals and Courts in visa decision review proceedings

Alex completed a Bachelor of Arts (Asian Studies) in 1997 and spent a number of years teaching Business English in Guangzhou before returning to Australia, working in film production, marketing and completing a Bachelor of Laws in 2004.

Rachel Magill, BA (European Studies),

Rachel Magill is a qualified Registered Migration Agent (MARN 0601736) with over 5 years experience predominantly in the corporate sector including business and employment related migration as well as individual matters.
Rachel’s migration experience includes:
- advising and acting for public sector, corporate and individual clients to achieve the best employment related outcomes through Australia's temporary skilled programs. She also has particular experience with prioritised permanent residence entry
- advising and acting for employers in relation to Departmental monitoring and auditing processes
- advising and acting for personal visa applicants including those applying for general skilled migration and family stream migration.
Having completed a Bachelor of Arts (European Studies) in 2002 and a Master of Arts (International Relations/ International Communications) in 2006, Rachel is currently studying for her law degree, a Juris Doctor, on a part-time basis. Rachel also has diverse experience having worked and studied overseas for several years before commencing a career focusing on migration.
Rachel's migration experience initially had a strong focus on the labour hire and recruitment industry before she moved into corporate migration in both Sydney and Perth. She has extensive experience in dealing with small, niche companies through to large multi-national corporations and assisting them achieve desirable migration outcomes.
Rachel's experience in the Perth marketplace has also exposed her to the resources industry as well as the ancillary trade-based occupations that predominate in the region. |

Sally Mohebbaty, LL.B., LIR

Sally
Mohebbaty has extensive experience in immigration law and specialises
in business and employment related visas for temporary and permanent
residence in Australia.
Holding degrees in both Law and International Relations from Bond
University, she has also completed the Graduate Certificate in Australian
Migration Law and Practice where she received the Academic Excellence
Award.
With over 3 years experience working in the Department of Immigration
and Citizenship (DIAC) at both Brisbane and Gold Coast offices,
Sally has an excellent understanding of internal policies and procedures
and can provide timely solutions to immigration problems.
Sally brings to her client's matters an enormous depth of understanding
of DIAC's decision-making. |
